We are a San Diego based company specializing in polished concrete for commercial, industrial and residential spaces. Polished Concrete is rapidly becoming the ultimate low maintenance flooring solution. We achieve a beautiful shine through a mechanical process. Which means there are no topical sealers used that can eventually wear out or delaminate over time. Part of our polishing process is to densify the concrete floor. Through out the polishing process we apply lithium silicate which reacts with the free lime in the concrete filling all the micro voids and tripling the PSI of the floor. This process allows the concrete to keep its sheen for a long time and be very stain and wear resistant. By controlling the depth of the initial grind we are able to expose different amounts of aggregate. We offer a light grind, medium grind and a heavy grind.
